摘要
以某钢厂的1座步进梁式加热炉为例,建立钢坯和垫块温度场的数学模型。采用有限差分法模拟计算了不同条件下钢坯和垫块温度场及黑印温差随时间的变化;分析了接触热阻、垫块长度和间距、水管内壁温度等因素对黑印温差的影响;并指出了待轧和踏步时黑印温差的变化趋势。模拟结果为确定在线模型估算黑印温度简化算法提供了依据。
Based on a walking beam reheating furnace, mathematical models of slab and hot skid were built in this paper. Using finite difference method, the temperature of slab and the change of skid--mark under different conditions were simulated and calculated. The influence of contacted thermal resistance, length and space of hot skid, inner temperature of pipe on skid-mark were obtained. And the development of skid-mark was calculated when slab was delay and in mark time. The conclusions of this paper can offer evidence for estimating the temperature of skid-mark in on-line model of furnace.
