云南兔耳草中环烯醚萜苷类成分的研究Ⅲ

Study on Identification of Iridoid Glucosides from Lagotis yunnanensis Ⅲ

目的对云南兔耳草的化学成分进行研究。方法用硅胶柱色谱和HPLC对化合物进行分离,并用光谱方法进行结构鉴定。结果分离鉴定了4个环烯醚萜苷类成分:6-O-α-L-(4″-O-E-cinnamoyl)rhamnopyranosylcatalpol(Ⅰ),6-O-α-L-(2″-O-E-p-methoxycinnamoyl)rhamnopyranosycatalpol(Ⅱ),6-O-α-L-(4″-O-E-feruloyl)rhamnopyranosylcatalpol(Ⅲ),gmelinoside L(Ⅳ)。结论以上4个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Lagotis yunrtanertsis. METHODS The compounds were isolated by silica column chromatography and HPLC,and the structures were elucidated by spectral methods. RESULTS Four iridoid glucosides were isolated and identified as 6-O-α-L-（4＂-O-E-cinnamoyl） rhamnopyranosylcatalpol （ I ） , 6-O-α-L-（ 2＂-O-E-p-methoxycinnamoyl） rhamnopyranosylcatalpol （ Ⅱ ）,6-O-α-L-（4＂-O-E-feruloyl）rhamnopyranosylcatalpol （Ⅲ）,gmelinoside L （Ⅳ）. CONCLUSION All the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
