住院精神障碍患者家属的心理评估及护理应对

Psychological assessment of family members of hospitalized psychotics and coping style with nursing

目的:了解住院精神疾病家属住院时、住院期间、出院前期心理健康状态以及应对方法。方法:2006年4月至2006年8月在天津市安定医院心理乙区住院32名患者家属选用症状自评量表进行调查及分析。结果:入院时家属的心理测试与常摸比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);入院时测试家属在躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑4个方面与出院时有显著性差异(P<0.05),出院时测试SCL-90在躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执、精神病性6个因子分高于常摸,说明家属心态仍然需要调整。结论:住院精神疾患家属的心理、健康问题应引起社会的广泛关注,对该人群实施必要的健康教育是患者痊愈的需要、家庭的需要、精神科护理的需要、精神卫生事业的需要。

Objective： The purpose of the study was to investigate the mental health siuation of family members of hospitalized psychotics at the time of before, during and just after the hospitalizedation as well as the coping style of nursing. Methods： 32 family members of the patients in Ward B of Psychological Department in Tianjin Anding Hospital from April to August, 2006, were interviewed and analyzed with the SCL-90. Results：There was a significant difference between 9 factor scores of the psychological test and the norms （P〈0.05）; there was also a significant difference on somationzation, interpersonal relationships, depression and anxiety between the time of hospitalization and discharge （P〈0.05）, 6 factor scores of somatization, depression, anxiety, phobia, paranoia and psychosis of the SCL-90 of discharge test were higer than that of the norms. The results showed that the mentality of family members of hospitalized patients needed to be adjusted. Conclusion：Mental health and psychological problems of family members of hospitalized psychotics needs an attention of society, Education on mental health of family members of hospitalized Psychotics is necessary for patients＇ recovery and their families.
