无痛下经内镜逆行性胆胰造影治疗的护理

Nursing of Patients with general anesthesia endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography

目的:探讨无痛下经内镜逆行性胆胰造影(ERCP)治疗的护理。方法:对148例行无痛ERCP治疗的患者于麻醉前后实施了严格生命体征监测、特别是麻醉对血氧饱和度(SPO2)和血压(BP)的影响。结果:患者麻醉前后SpO2差异无显著性(P>0.05),Bp差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:无痛ERCP更加安全、快捷,术前、术中及术后完善的护理工作为无痛ERCP的安全开展提供了保障。

Objective： To search the nrusing method of general anesthesia endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography（ERCP）.Methods： 148 patients undergoing ERCP with intravenous anesthesia were observed, The change of vital signs, specially the arterial oxygen satanation and the blood pressure with recorded before and after the procedures. Results：There was no significant difference in SPO2 between pre and post the （P〉0.05）. The BP between pre and after anesthesia decreased distinctively （P〈0.05）. The diffierence had a statistical significance. Concluslon：The method of general anesthesia in ERCP could be achieved safely, rapidly, and effectively. The procedures would be guaranteed by well psychological nursing, strict observation and suitable treatment before, during and after the proserdures.
