摘要
本文在调查我国主要汽车齿轮生产厂各种类型汽车变速箱齿轮生产现状基础上分析了六级精度以上及六级精度以下齿轮不同加工工艺.提出我国近期汽车圆柱齿轮精加工工艺实施方案.
On the basis of investigation on the present situation of gear production of various types of automobile speed change box at main automobile gear works in our country, this paper analyses various machining technology for gears beyond and below precision of 6th grade, puts forth some variants for performing precision machining technology of automobile cylindrical gears in the near time in our country.
