摘要 本文研究了SYNTH—8添加剂的抗磨损性能,并对其作用机理作了分析。四球机实验表明:在40#润滑油中加入4%SYNTH--8添加剂。其最大无卡咬值增加54%;在自制磨损试验机上的试验和铁谱分析表明SYNTH--8添加剂极大地提高了润滑油的承载能力,并且其铁谱片上存在大比例细小磨粒。这可能是由于含添加剂的润滑油在次高微凸体间固化,产生了“垫片效应”。 The article studies the antiwear properties of SYNTH-8 additive and investigate its mechanism. The test on Four ball tester shows that adding 4% SYNTH-8 additive into 40# lubricating oil increases its PBvalue 54% . The experiment on self-made wear tester proves that SYNTH-8 additive improves the loading capability of lubricating oils greatly. And ferrograph analysis indicates that there is high proportion of tiny particles on the ferrograms of lubricating oil containing the additive. This is probably because that solidification of lubricating oil containing SYNTH-8 additive between the micro-peaks lower than highest ones leads to spacer effect.
