摘要
报道了以玻璃纤维、石墨和二硫化钼为填料的PTFE复合材料(FC--5)的配方设计及其摩擦磨损性能和物理机械性能的评价结果。并通过EPMA(电子控针)对试样及对偶摩擦表面的观察和分析探讨了其润滑机理。以2002轴承保持架的形式所做的500h台架试验结果表明,FC—5材料可以满足使用要求,是取代青铜作为液压油环境下使用的较理想的保持架材料。
A PTFE composite (FC-5) filled with glass fiber, graphite and MoS2was developed, the formula design, physical and mechanical properties of FC-5 were introduced. The properties of friction and wear under dry siiding and 10# aircraft fluid lubricating conditions were measured, and the lubricating mechanism is discussed by EPMA examination. The bench tests of this composite over 500h indicate that, as a ball bearing maintainer materials used in aircraft fluid environments, FC-5 is an ideal material, which can instead of bronze.
