温度对大麻纤维增强粒材性能影响的研究

摘要 大麻纤维具有强力高、质量轻、抗茵防臭、吸湿透气、可生物降解等独特的性能,近年越来越受到人们的重视,被大量用作复合材料的纤维增强体。就大麻纤维和丙纶混合开松、梳理成条再热熔造粒后作为增强材料与聚乙烯树脂基体复合生产纤维增强复合材料方法进行了研究,并对影响增强粒材性能的主要工艺参数热熔温度进行了探讨,最后结论是在其他条件不变时烘箱温度以330~340℃为宜。此种加工方法为大麻纤维产业用开辟了新的途径。 The hemp fiber has a lot of excellent performances, such as antimicrobial and deodorization, hygroscopic and ventilate, biological decompose. The hemp fiber is attached more importance to it gradually and used for enhancement of composites. This text researched the method that hemp fiber of scattered form compound with colophony basic to produce fiber reinforced material, and discussed the craft parameter which affects the capability of the pellets, such as hot compound temperature. While the other factors keep the same, the result shows that the optimum hot compound temperature is 330 -340℃. It broke a new path for the hemp fiber industry.
