摘要
目的探讨妇产科护士工作压力源水平及其相关因素。方法采用工作压力源量表对126名妇产科护士进行调查。结果①妇产科护士的工作压力源总体得分为(2.63±0.57)分;②5个分量表得分中"工作量及时间分配方面的问题"和"工作环境及资源方面的问题"得分居前两位;③产科及门诊护士在护理专业及工作、工作环境及资源、病人护理、管理及人际关系4个方面的压力源得分均高于妇科护士。结论制订有效措施可降低妇产科护士压力源水平,减轻应激程度,对确保护士身心健康和良好的护理质量是必要的。
Objective To explore the level and relating factors of job stressor among nurses in gynecology and obstetric department. Methods 126 nursing staff in gynecology and obstetric departments were tested using the Job Stressor Inventory. Results The total score of job stressors was 2.63 ± 0.57 point. The factors of workload and time distribution and working environment and resources showed higher scores. The nurses in obstetric department and outpatient department showed higher scores in the factors of nursing profession, working environment and resources, patient care, management and interpersonal relationship than those in gynecology department. Conclusion It is suggested to establish effective measures to reduce nurses' job stress. It is necessary to reduce the level of stress both for nurses' physical and mental health and for high - quality of nursing care.
