随着年龄的增长和经验的增加,护士会经历探索、确立、维持和衰退4个不同的职业阶段,各阶段有不同的职业期望和需求。了解护士的需要、能力及自我目标,帮助护士进行职业生涯规划,可提高护士对工作的满意度,减少护士流失。同时得到充分发展的护士可更好地为病人提供服务。
Along with the increase of age and experience, nurses will experience different career professional stages, including exploration stage, establishment stage,maintenance stage,and disengagement stage. Therefore,they have different career expectations and career needs. It is important for the hospital managemers to understand nurses' needs,competence and goals,and provide career planning and development programs for them,in order to improve nurses job satisfaction,reduce turnover rate and improve the quality of nursing care.
