摘要
目的探讨社区护理教学的最佳模式,以便更好地培养实习护生的综合能力。方法将95名实习护生随机分为实验组(47名)和对照组(48名),对照组采用常规教学法,实验组采用新的社区护理教学模式。结果老师对护生的评分和患者对护生的评价,实验组均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新的教学模式能提高教学质量,使实习护生得到更多锻炼的机会,同时对提高护理质量及教师素质起促进作用。
Objective To explore the appropriate mode of clinical teaching of community nursing for nursing students,in order to train integrated competence for nursing students. Methods Ninety five nursing students were randomly assigned into experiment group ( n = 47 ) and control group ( n = 48 ). The control group received traditional teaching mode, while the experiment group received new community teaching mode. Results The clinical teachers' evaluation and the patients' evaluation on the nursing students were significantly higher in experiment group than those of control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion The new teaching mode can not only improve the quality of teaching and provide more opportunities for nursing students,but also promote the quality of nursing and teachers' diathesis.
