人文护理在中国维和二级医院的应用体会

The experience of humanistic nursing in support peaceful hospital

目的通过实施人文护理,更好地服务于维和官兵,树立良好的中国军人护理职业形象。方法对有不同语言、文化、宗教信仰、民族习惯、生活方式、道德观念、种族歧视的病人实施人文护理,营造人文氛围,实行人性化服务。结果应用人文护理提高了病人的满意度,满足了病人的基本需求。结论热情周到的护理服务和礼貌文雅的举止体现了中国军人护士的良好职业形象,护理工作得到了多国官兵的认可和赞誉。

Objective To practice humanistic nursing,in order to provide better nursing service for soldiers of support peace and set up good military nurse image. Method The humanistic nursing was applied to develop humanistic atmosphere and provide individualized service for patients with different language,culture,religion and faith,custom,life style,moral concept,raclal discrimination and so on. Result This practice satisfied patients＇ needs and increased patients＇ satisfaction. Conclusion The warm and thoughtful service and manner displayed good professional image of Chinese military nurse, which received the recognition and compliment of multinational government troops.
