运脾救瘫汤治疗2型糖尿病胃轻瘫40例观察

Observation on Gastroparesis of Type 2 Diabetes (40 cases ) Treated by Activating Spleen and Treating Gastroparesis Decoction

目的:观察运脾救瘫汤治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效。方法:将80例2型糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,两组在原饮食健康指导和西药常规控制血糖的基础上,治疗组加用运脾救瘫汤、对照组加用多潘立酮治疗。结果:治疗组显效率55．0％、总有效率95．0％,对照组显效率30．0％、总有效率72．5％,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0．05)。结论:运脾救瘫汤治疗2型糖尿病胃轻瘫有较好疗效。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect on gastroparesis of diabetesis of diabetes treated by Activating Spleen and Treating Gastroparesis Decoction. Method： 80 gastroparesis of type 2 diabetes patients were divided into two groups. One is the study group and the other is the control group. There are 40 patients in each group. Based on the former health guide on diet and normal control blood sugar by western medicine, the study group was treated with Activating Spleen and Treating Gastroparesis Decoction additionally while the control group was treated with Domperidone additionally. Result： The effective rate and the total effective rate of the study gruop is 55.0% and 95.0% separately while that of the control group is 30.0% and 72.5% separately. There is significant difference between the two groups （ p 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Activating Spleen and Treating Gastroparesis Decoction has good therapeutic effect on gastroparesis of type 2 diabetes.
