刺五加注射液联合左氧氟沙星治疗社区获得性肺炎30例观察

Observation on Community Acquired Pneumonia (40 cases) Treated by Ciwujia Injection Combined with Levofloxacin

目的:观察刺五加注射液联合左氧氟沙星治疗社区获得性肺炎的疗效。方法:治疗组30例用刺五加注射液联合左氧氟沙星、对照组30例只用左氧氟沙星治疗,两组疗程均为10天。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为86．67％、63．33％,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0．05)。结论:刺五加注射液联合左氧氟沙星治疗社区获得性肺炎疗效显著。

Objective ： To observe the therapeutic effect on community acquired pneumonia treated by combination of Ciwujia Injection and Levofloxacin. Method ：30 cases were treated with combination of Ciwujia Injection and Levofloxacin as the study group while 30 cases were only treated with Levofloxacin as the control group. The course of treatment is 1 0 days in both groups . Result ： The total effective rate of the study group and the control group is 86.67% and 63.33% separately. There is significant difference between the two groups （p 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Combination of Ciwujia Injection and Levofloxacin has significant therapeutic effect on community - acquired pneumonia.
