本文根据激光合作目标对玻璃微珠的质量要求，对玻璃微珠的制造工艺进行了研究，提出了关键技术措施。

The fabrication process of glass microsphere for laser cooperation target was studied in this paper. A key technical approach was adoped. The glass microspheres with very high property for laser cooperation target were abtained.
