摘要
为了解决我国已有的公路管理信息系统中缺少科学的路政决策手段的问题,将图论理论与实际相结合,建立了有效的路政管理信息决策系统。文中介绍了该系统的软件框架及各个主要模块功能。在充分调研分析的基础上,确定了3个具有明显优化性质的路政课题,建立其数学模型,并寻求合适的优化算法加以解决。最后通过算法用例测试分析来论证该系统的科学性和可行性。
In order to solve the lack of scientific decision-making methods for road management in road management information system which has already been set up in our country, an effective information decision system of road management was set up by combining graph theory with the reality. The software frame of the system and the functions of each main module were introduced. On the basis of survey and analysis, three road management subjects with obvious optimization nature were confirmed. Mathematic models were set up in terms of graph theory and the suitable optimization algorithms were sought to solve the problems. At last, the computer simulation and theoretical deduction proved that the system was feasible and scientific.
