Battery Management System for Hybrid Electric Vehicle Based on Instantaneous Equilibrium

摘要 在论述动力电池能量管理系统的必要性和基本构成之后,介绍了以Motorola推出的HCS12系列单片机和电池监测芯片DS2438为核心的电池监测系统及其软硬件设计,设计了以充电使能信号和充电强度信号为控制信号的智能均衡模块,这样构成了电池均衡管理系统。实践证明,该系统可以实现电池的瞬态均衡管理,效果良好。 The indispensable of battery management system and its elementary structure were mentioned at first. Then, a kind of battery monitor system was detailed, including software and hardware. The HCS12 series single chip of Motorola Company and battery monitor chip DS2438 formed the monitor system's core. An intelligent equilibrium module with an enabling signal and a charge intensity signal was designed. Along with the monitor system, the battery management system was realized. Its convenience and effectiveness for instantaneous equilibrium were also proven.
