中国建筑业经济增长影响因素分析与实证研究

An Empirical Research on Factors Affecting Growth of Chinese Construction Economy

结合现代经济增长理论深入地分析了影响中国建筑业经济增长的主要因素,并根据中国建筑业1995～2003年的相关数据对我国建筑业经济增长模型及相关因素的贡献做了定量分析。研究表明,中国建筑业产出增长主要受资本投入、劳动投入和技术进步共同推动,三者对建筑业经济增长的贡献分别为59.31%、27.54%和13.15%;1995～2003年我国建筑业发展的生产函数模型为:Q=2.56L0.298K0.780;中国建筑业现阶段处于规模效益递增的发展阶段,属于主要依赖要素投入的粗放型发展模式。

This paper analyzes the main factors which influence China construction economic growth. China construction economic growth model and its factors＇ contribution are analyzed and calculated based on the statistic data from 1995 to 2003 in China construction industry, the research shows that the C-D function for China construction economic growth during 1995-2003 is： Q=2.56L^0.298K^0.780; the contribution of capital input, labor input and technological progress are respectively as following： 59.31%,27.54%, 13.15%; China construction industry is at the developing state and the construction economic growth is mainly depended on labor and capital input.
