摘要
首先简要回顾了工程质量监管体系的历史沿革并分析了现状及存在问题;接着归纳工程质量监管体系发展的趋势,提出发展建设工程质量事务所的必然性;然后分别对建设工程质量事务机构的意义、培育方案、政府在其间应发挥的作用等做深入研究。
The histories of quality supervision system of construction projects were briefly reviewed and its actuality and existing problems were analyzed. The development trends of quality supervision system of construction projects were summarized and then the necessity to develop quality offices of construction projects was put forward. The significance and cultivating scheme of quality office mechanism of construction projects were studied and the roles of the government in the mechanism were discussed.
