摘要
根据我国建筑业的现状,分析了建立我国建筑业信用体系的必要性,并在对社会信用体系构建模式进行梳理的基础上,就如何构建适合我国国情的建筑业信用体系提出了一些基本思路。本文认为,我国建筑业信用体系的构建应当以“政府推动、市场运作”为原则,政府不能直接参与对企业信用的评定工作,直接干预建筑领域各市场主体的经济活动。最后,对当前建筑领域企业信用建设过程中存在的一些问题进行了分析探讨。
In this paper, according to the current situation of construction industry in our country, the necessity of establishing credit system in construction industry is analyzed. And also based on combing up some current modes of social credit system, some ideas of how to establish the system suitable to our country are put forward. In author＇s opinion, the establishment of China＇s credit system in construction industry should take ＂government push, market operation＂ as a principle, the government should not participate in the credit assess of enterprises or intervene their business activities directly. In the end, some problems occurred during the building of credit system in construction area are analyzed and discussed.
