Analysis of Demand Impact Factors and Method of Significance Estimate in Beijing Olympiad Gymnasiums Programming and Designing Process

介绍了北京奥运会场馆设施规划设计主要的实施步骤,分析了场馆设施规划设计阶段参赛使用功能内容。根据不同的赛时使用要求情况,按照是否必须在设计建设阶段解决和是否可以通过赛事组织来解决,确定了8类需要在场馆设施规划设计阶段考虑的影响因素,提出了对这些真实影响因素重要性进行评价的方法和数学建模思路以及分析结构模型。

This paper presents the implementing steps of the gymnasiums and facilities concerned with the 2008 Beijing Olympic Game in the designing process, and analyzes the function content of the gymnasiums and facilities. All the influence factors that have to be considered in the process of the design and implementing are classified to 8 groups according to the different requirements concerned in the holding time of the competition and whether the demand has to be satisfied in the designing process or can be met by the competition organization. At last, it puts forward estimation method, math modeling and analysis structure model of the reality influence factors significance.
