Game Analysis of Principal Parts' Behavior in Large Public Building Design Projects

大型公用建筑设计项目主体主要有政府(业主)、设计单位和监理单位,文章在寻租理论的基础上,根据博弈论的理论和方法,建立了政府(业主)、设计单位和监理单位三者的博弈模型,分析了混合最优解的现实意义,为减小大型公用建筑设计项目风险起到指导性作用。

The principal parts of large public building design projects are the government （owner）, the designing department and the supervising company. Based on the rent-seeking theory, this paper establishes the game model of government, designing department and the supervising company according to the game theory and method. It also analyzes the practical significance of mixed optimum solution. So it plays an instructional role in controlling the large public architectural design project＇s risk.
