以养殖为主的水产品贸易环境成本及对策探析

Environment cost and measures regarding aquatic products trade mainly from aquatic breed

在政府的支持与引导之下,我国水产品贸易发展迅速,在农产品贸易中已占有举足轻重的地位,同时水产品构成也基本完成从捕捞到养殖的转变。然而由于规划欠科学、养殖模式落后、资源开发过度等原因,水产养殖也同样对环境资源造成消极影响并日益显著。本文在实证分析以养殖为主的水产品贸易的发展及其对环境的不利影响后继而提出解决措施,以引导我国以养殖为主的水产品贸易走可持续发展之路。

Under our government＇s support and conduct, the aquatic product trade develops fast, the quantity and value of which have ranked top among the international agriculture products trade. Meantime the composition of our aquatic products has changed from catch to aquatic breed. But because of inappropriate program and excessive development of the aquatic resources, aquatic breed also do harm to environment. This paper firstly analyzes the fast development of aquatic products trade and passive effects to the environment .Based on these problems, this paper puts forward a series of resolutions, to develop sustainable aquatic product trade.
