摘要
利用Gleeble—2000热/力模拟试验机模拟了低碳含Nb钢在薄板坯连铸连轧生产过程中的动态软化行为,分析了Nb含量对动态再结晶的影响,建立了低碳含Nb钢的动态再结晶模型,并绘制了动态再结晶区域分布图。
Dynamic recrystallization action of Nb bearing steel during high temperature deformation by compact strip rolling of Benxi Steel has been investigated by Gleeble-2000 thermal/mechanical simulation tester. The effect of Nb content on dynamic recrystallization has been studied by using different Nb content steel. Dynamic recrystallization models and the dynamic recrystallization zone distribution have been obtained.
