摘要
简要介绍了攀钢2号连续热镀锌机组采用美钢联法热镀锌工艺的设备组成及相应的产品质量,并讨论分析了无铅热镀锌工艺导致亮点缺陷的原因及预防措施。
Process and equipment of No. 2 continuous hot dip galvanizing line applying UEC process at Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co. were briefly introduced. The product quality of No. 2 line were analyzed. At the same time,the causes and preventive measures of shiny point defect due to lead-free galvanizing process were discussed.
