介绍了宝钢集团梅山热轧厂在其新建带钢热轧机上采用的上、下阶梯垫技术,其中包括阶梯垫的结构和厚度确定方法,并通过分析建立了自动换辊的边界条件以及合理的控制逻辑,解决了原生产中不能进行自动换辊的问题。
The technique of application stepped shim in 1422mm hot rolling mill of Meishan Iron ＆ Steel Co. was introduced, including the structure and thickness determination of stepped shim. The problem of unable automatic changing roll can be resolved by establing reasonable boundary condition and control logic.
