摘要
对川威集团有限公司高速棒材生产线达涅利型短应力线精轧机烧轴承的原因进行了分析研究,针对其产生原因对轧机装配方式、轧机结构形式、润滑油脂选型、托架万向轴传动等进行了改进。改进后基本消除了该机型精轧机烧轴承现象。
The causes of bearing burning of short-stress line mill of Danieli mill type used in Chuanwei Group Co. , Ltd. , were analyzed. The assembly type and structure of mill. fatty lubrication, drive type of universal coupling were improved. The bearing burning phenomeno is eliminated after reformation.
