介绍了国内首次引进的CCR轧机的优点及其在邢台钢铁有限责任公司的应用。针对生产中出现轴承抱死、弯曲棒断裂、轧槽掉肉、孔型设计不合理等问题,采取了相应的改进措施,并取得了较好效果。

The advantages of CCR mill were introduced, which was the first imported in China and used in Xingtai Iron ＆ steel Group Co. In view of the problems during production,such as bearing failure,bending bar breakage,groove shelling and pass design unreasonable, some reformation measures were applied, and good effects were obtained.
