反倾销与国际直接投资关系的研究进路

摘要 反倾销作为WTO框架下保护国际贸易公平有序进行的重要措施已经被世界各国广泛使用。然而这一手段也经常被东道国作为贸易壁垒加以利用,从而对东道国经济产生一定影响,尤其表现在反倾销与国际直接投资关系方面。本文对目前两者之间的关系研究进行了系统梳理,主要集中于三个层次的内容:一是基于国际贸易与国际投资的相互关系;二是反倾销的关税跃升与东道国外来投资关系;三是东道国反倾销政策对外资的影响。
