摘要
为解决我国小口径引信炮口距离过短的问题,引入准流体技术,设计了变转动惯量球转子延期解除保险机构.依据球转子欧拉运动方程,推导得出了旋转力矩表达式,分析了变转动惯量球转子延期解除保险机构实现延期解除保险的机理.运用ADAMS软件完成了某变转动惯量球转子延期解除保险机构动力学仿真分析.结果表明,通过球转子腔内准流体的泄流可以控制球转子的转正时间,进而使小口径引信获得预期的延期解除保险距离.
In order to solve the problem that the safety separation distance of the minor-cahber fuze ot our country is too short. The pseudofluids technology was introduced to design the delay arming of fuze about ball rotor with variable rotary moment. The principle of ball rotor with variable rotary moment was analyzed by the expression of rotary torque deduced from Euler equation. The dynamic simulation of certain delay arming of fuze about ball rotor with variable rotary moment was completed by using the software of ADAMS. The results showed that the initial rotating time of ball rotor was regulated by the flow of pseudofluids through an orifice of ball rotor so as tO make the small caliber fuse attain required safety separation distance.
