摘要
为了实现钢坯加热炉炉温的优化控制,研究了燃料流量的模糊专家控制,空/燃比的极值寻优以及炉膛压力的模糊P I控制策略.经过对某轧钢厂的现场调试,证明针对影响钢坯加热炉炉温的不同的因素,采用不同的智能控制策略,能够取得较好的整体控制效果.
In order to realize the optimum control of the temperature in the billet reheating furnace,the fuzzy control and expert control of the fuel flow ,the optimization extreme of the air/fuel ratio, and the fuzzy PI control of the pressures in furnace are discussed. It has been proved by on-line test that better control effect can be obtained by applying different intelligent control strategies to the different controlled factors of rolling reheating furnace.
