摘要
针对教职工的评价无法进行量化,而且存在大量的人为因素这种情况,实现了教职工考核评价系统,设计了多级综合加权评价算法.从评价因素中提取大量数据进行统计、存储、计算,并给出了考核分数进行量化,可以对教职工进行综合、客观的评价,有效地减少了人为因素的干扰.
In order to enhance the quantification of evaluation and reduce the influence of subjective factors, an assessment system of faculty is realized, and a multi-fuzzy comprehensive weighted algorithm is proposed. The algorithm can extract much data for statistics, memory and calculation from appraisal factors, and then evaluation scores are presented. The assessment system comprehensively and objectively appraises faculty in the database, and effectively improves the objectivity.
