摘要
成分控制系统的分析周期长、时滞严重、控制困难。本文提出的计算机控制算法,可以补偿由于取样时间间隔不确定的不利影响以及离城分析造成的不确定纯滞后的不利影响。最后,以混合釜成分串级比值控制系统为例,介绍了实现该控制算法的成分数字调节器的具体方法。
A microcomputer based quality control scheme as well as a closed-loop computer control algorithm is developed for a long analysis period and long pure lag time composition process. The algorithm can compensate the disadvantages foring from the uncertainty of Variale sampling interval and pure lag time ; and apply to control the product compositions of a CSTB. Finally, this paper demonstrates the implementation of a digital controller based on the algorithm by taking the cascade and ratio control system as an example.
