摘要 支架内再狭窄是影响经皮冠状动脉介入治疗疗效的主要原因。也是近年来介入心脏病领域最富挑战的难题之一。内皮祖细胞是血管内皮细胞的前体细胞,具有促进损伤血管内皮修复的功能。利用抗原-抗体结合原理制作的内皮祖细胞捕捉支架,能够迅速修复受损的血管内皮,预防支架内再狭窄。现就其研究进展进行综述。 In-stent restenosis is the major factor influencing the results of percutaneous coronary intervention. It is one of the most difficult and challenging subjects in interventional heart disease treatment. Endothelial progenitor cells can not only differentiate into vascular endothelial cells but also promote the repair of injured endothelium. Endothelial progenitor cells capture stent manufactured by using the theory of antigen-antibody combination can achieve rapid repair of injured vascular endothelium, and prevent in-stent restenosis. This article is a review of advances related to advances in in-stent restenosis.
