心脑血管疾病中血清C3的研究进展

Progress in Studies of Complement C3 and Cardiovascular Disease and Cerebrovascular Disease

补体系统是人体免疫防御的一个重要部分。近来研究发现补体系统参与动脉粥样硬化的形成。血清C3水平在冠状动脉硬化性心脏病及脑梗死等心脑血管疾病中有明显变化,被认为是冠心病的独立危险因素,是心血管疾病一个很好的标志物。现就C3在心脑血管疾病中的研究作一综述。

The complement system is an important part of the host defenee response. Recently,more and more studies suggest that complements play an important role in the pathophysiology of the atherosclerotic process. Plasma C3 level has significant difference in cardiovascular disease such as coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction compared with controls. C3 is considered as an independent risk factor of coronary heart disease and it is a good indicator of cardiovascular disease. This article focus on the relation between C3 and cardiovascular disease.
