摘要
基于发光二极管(LED)所具有的特点,系统地总结出一套发光二极管失效分析方法,并给出了几个典型失效分析案例,简要阐述了失效分析过程中的注意事项。通过失效分析,进一步优化和改善了LED的制造技术,达到提高质量和可靠性的目的。该方法在失效分析过程中具有一定的指导意义。
Based on the properties of light emitting diode, the method of failure analysis was summarized, and several kinds of examples for failure analysis were given, the notices of failure regulation analysis were explained. Through failure analysis, the technique of LED was further optimized and improved for raising the quality and reliability. It is of great importance to the method of failure analysis for LED.
