摘要
建立了计算小模数塑料齿轮轮齿变形的合理模型,并利用SAP5程序探讨了有限元法分析时需解决的几个基本问题:边界范围的选择、边界约束条件的选择、单元型式的选择、单元总数的确定及单元的合理分割。得出了计算小模数齿轮变形的合理的边界范围、单元型式及单元总数。
WT5”BZ〗This paper establishes the reasonable finite element model for calculating the bending deformation of small module plastic gear tooth and discusses some basic problems which must be solved in finite element method ,such as the choices of element configurations,the divisions of gear tooth profiles,the boundary conditions and the finite element numbers.From the analyses above, we get the most reasonable boundary scope,element configuration and finite element numbers.
