摘要
对带有转键式刚性离合器的压力机的一个完整工作周期的组成进行了深入分析和研究,提出了这一完整工作周期是由三个过程组成的观点。特别是对这三个过程中的脱开制动过程进行了更为深入的分析研究,并提出了带转键式刚性离合器的压力机的传统制动角选择中存在的问题和制动角及制动力矩的正确选择方法。这对澄清目前工程实际中对这些问题的模糊认识,指导生产实际都具有重要的实用价值。
On the basis of thoroughly analysing and studying a complete working period constitution of a press which was equiped with a rotating key positive clutch, the view that the complete period is composed of three courses is proposed. Especially through researching the brake′s removing process(one of the three courses), the problem in the brake angle choice according to traditional method and the correct way of chosing brake angle and brake moment are pointed. This paper is effective on clarifying the above mentioned problem existed in pracitical engineering.
