摘要
提高电机钢板壳的纵缝焊接质量和大批量生产的生产效率,关键是提高TIG焊机电弧引燃的成功率。本文在综述多种TIG焊接引弧技术优缺点的基础上提出了一种集高频引弧和接触引弧于一身的高频接触引弧法。采用PLC控制的高频接触引弧系统引燃电弧的成功率可达100%,因而在自动TIG焊接设备中有着广泛的应用前景。
To raise the longitudinal welding quality and productivity, it is the key to raise the successful rate of arc starting for TIG welding. In this paper, a new high frequency and touchable arc starting technique synthesizing the advantages of other varied arc starting methods for TIG welding has been developed. The successful rate of high frequency and touchable arc starting system controlled by programmable logical controller for TIG welding possibly gets to as high as 100 percent, so it has broad useful prospect for other TIG automatic welding instrument.
