摘要 介绍了一种适用于户外钢铁构件的锈渍转化液。分析了这种转化液的防护原理,讨论了转化剂、渗透剂、混酸对转化液除锈、防锈能力的影响。试验结果表明,以丹宁酸乙醇溶液作为转化剂,用体积比为1:2的盐酸(37%)和磷酸(85%)作除锈剂,能将钢铁表面的铁锈转化成25~30μm的致密膜层,牢固附着在基体上。转化液中加入4%~5%乙酰丙酮作渗透剂使处理时间缩短且提高锈渍转化的均匀性。该转化液为棕红色的黏稠液体,成本低,施工方便,能替代传统的手工或机械除锈处理应用于户外防腐蚀施工。 A rust conversion fluid for outdoor frameworks made of steel was developed.The protection principles of the rust conversion fluid were analyzed,while the effects of the conversion agents,penetrant,and mixed acids on the descaling and anti-rust ability of the rust conversion fluid were investigated.It was found that the rust on the steel frameworks could be converted into a dense coating of 25~30 μm thick which was well adhered to the steel substrate,as tannic acid dissolved in alcohol was used as the converter and hydrochloric acid and phosphoric acid with a volume ratio of 1:2 were used as the rust removers.When acetylacetone with a concentration of 4%~5% was used as the penetrant,the rust removal process could be finished in shortened duration and the corresponding conversion film had good homogeneity.In general,the titled rust conversion fluid was viscous brown fluid of a low cost,and could be readily used to replace conventional manual or mechanical rust removal for outdoor anticorrosion construction.
