摘要
目的:总结有创机械通气抢救急性左心衰竭的临床经验。方法:回顾性分析15例入住ICU的急性左心衰竭患者应用有创机械通气的治疗情况。结果:15例均及时得以纠正,均顺利撤离呼吸机,无缺氧和机械通气的相关并发症发生,抢救成功率和生存率均为100%。结论:对于严重的急性左心衰竭患者,在常规治疗同时及时行有创机械通气,并正确选用呼吸机模式和参数是抢救得以成功的关键。
Objective：To sum up the clinical experience in treatment of patients with severe acute left ventricular failure （ALVF） using invasive mechanical ventilation. Methods ： A retrospective analysis was carried out of the effect of invasive mechanical ventilation applied to 15 patients with severe ALVF in intensive care unit. Results：The 15 patients freed themselves from the ventilator successfully with no complications induced by hypoxia or invasive mechanical ventilation; the cure rate and the survival rate were 100%. Conclusions：Timely application of invasive mechanical ventilation in addition to rutine therapy is essential for the management of patients with severe ALVF.
