双列圆锥滚子轴承外圈滚道直径尺寸的控制

由于加工基准和测量基准不一致，外圈宽度尺寸的变化，造成机床上主动测量仪显示外圈滚道直径数值和轴承套圈滚道测量仪上测量的数值不符，其关系为δD1＝2δctgα。调整主动测量仪所用的外圈本身存在误差，也影响测量值的准确性。附图3幅。

Due to manufacturing datum and measuring datum are not conformable, variation of cup width dimension causes that cup raceway dinmeter value shown by in-procase gauge on machine tool and measuring value measured by haring cup raceway measuring instrument are not conformable, the relationship is δD = 2δctgα. Adjusting error of cup in itself which is used for in-process gauge also influences accuracy of measuring value.
