脉络膜上腔出血4例临床分析

Suprachoroidal hemorrhage:A clinical analysis of 4 cases

目的:探讨脉络膜上腔出血的临床特征、预防措施及治疗效果。方法:回顾分析4例(4眼)脉络膜上腔出血的临床表现、治疗情况及另眼情况。3例行白内障囊外摘除术,1例行常规抗青光眼小梁切除术。结果:4眼中2眼萎缩,2眼行脉络膜上腔引流术联合玻璃体切割,尚存光感。结论:脉络膜上腔出血重在预防及选择正确的手术方法,一旦发生,预后不佳。脉络膜上腔引流术联合玻璃体切割是比较理想的治疗方法。

Objective ： To explore the clinical characteristics, prevention and treatment of suprachoroidal hemorrhage. Methods： Four eyes in 4 patients with suprachoroidal hemorrhage were analyzed in the clinical manifestations, treatment and contraoculars＇ conditions. Three cases extracapsular catarct extractions. One case of trabeculectomy. Results： Ophthal-mectomy was carried out in one case. Atrophy of eyeball was observed in another case. Vision of light sensation was found in the other 2 cases which were performed suprachoroidal drainage combined with vitreoretinal surgery. Conclusions：Prevention and appropriate choice of surgery is important for patients with suprachoroidal hemorrhage. Suprachomidal drainage combined with vitreoretinal surgery is one of the major procedures at present.
