摘要
钢球表面形变强化工艺，是提高钢球质量的一个重要手段。试验结果表明，钢球热处理后，经过表面形变强化处理，对提高钢球的表面硬度、终加工的表面质量和接触疲劳寿命的效果十分明显。
Ball surface deformation Peening technology is an important means of raising ball quality. Test result showed that balls which went through suface deformation peening treatment after heat - treatment could have a very evident effect on raising surface hardness of ball, surface quality of final machining and contact fatigue life.
