沟道形位误差对配套仪测量精度的影响

Influence of Form and Position Deviation of Raceway Groove on Measuring Accuracy of Two Kind Matching Instruments

分析了沟道的形位误差（沟位、沟摆、沟径偏差、圆度误差和沟曲率半径）对DP902仪和ZCY－1仪测量精度的影响程度。由于这两种配套仪定位测量方法不同，故沟道形位误差对它们测量精度的影响也不相同。

Influence of form and position deviation of raceway groove (i. e.raceway groove position, face runout with raceway groove, groove rndius devintion, deviation from circular form and track radins of curvature)on measuring accuracy of DP902 Instrument and ZCY - 1 Instrument are analyzed. Due to different postioning and measuring methods of the two kind matching instrumentS, thus influence of form and position deviation of raceway groove on their measuring accuracy is also different.
