摘要
教师教育技术培训离不开培训资源的有效支持,但教育技术培训资源的建设、使用中存在很多问题。本文以提高教师教育技术培训绩效为出发点,以建设优质的培训资源为突破口,针对当前培训资源库建设中出现的问题,着重讨论培训资源库的建设策略。
Educational technology training of teachers is closely related to training resource. However, considerable problems arise when constructing and utilizing the training resource. On the basis of improving educational technology training achievement, this article highlights strategies of resource bank construction of educational technology training to solve practical problems by clarifying how to construct abundant excellent training resource.
