摘要
贫困山区教育事业的发展与社会主义和谐社会建设密切相关,新时期我国教育事业取得了前所未有的发展,但贫困山区的教育事业远远落伍。贫困山区教育基础差、教学条件差、师资配备差的现状使其教育水平难于攀升,也限制了人们接受教育的机会。发展贫困地区教育,推进教育公平,党和政府作了巨大努力,但仍需加大教育投入;改革和健全农村教育经费保障机制;政府主管部门应把握好机会平等和社会救助原则,加大对贫困山区教育的投入力度;建立强有力的教育管理和监督机制;采取多种形式培养建立起一支高水平的教师队伍。
It is assumed that the development of rural education in the poverty-stricken regions is closely relared to the construction of social harmony. Despite the rapid progress achieved in the educational cause, that of the poverty-strieker, rural areas is far from progressive in fundamental facilities, and teaching staff. All this, in turn, restricts the educational opportunities. The paper values the efforts by the government on the one hand, and calls for more educational investment, on the other, so as to establish safeguarding mechanisms, ensure an equal opportunity principle, monitor the educational administration, all for the sake of the rural education.
