什么样的教育变革更容易促成教师的变化? 被引量:9

摘要 促成教师的变化(或专业发展),已经成为当代教育变革中重要的组成部分。具备什么特点的教育变革更容易促成教师的变化呢?本文在考察有关变革中的教师变化过程、高效教师专业发展项目的特点等方面文献的基础上,提出教育变革项目应关注的三个方面:实践、互动和探究。
