铥激光剥橘式前列腺切除术技巧与应用 被引量:16

摘要 铥激光(thulium laser)是一种新型的手术激光,其中心波长可在1.75μm~2.22μm调节,可以选择脉冲或连续波模式,具有精准高效切割的特点,为微创治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)提供了新的选择。我们根据其特点设计了铥激光剥橘式前列腺切除术(thulium laser resection of prostate-tangerine technique, TmLRP-TY)治疗BPH的方法,现介绍如下:
