铥激光剥橘式前列腺切除术技巧与应用 被引量：16

摘要 铥激光（thulium laser）是一种新型的手术激光，其中心波长可在1．75μm～2．22μm调节，可以选择脉冲或连续波模式，具有精准高效切割的特点，为微创治疗良性前列腺增生症（BPH）提供了新的选择。我们根据其特点设计了铥激光剥橘式前列腺切除术（thulium laser resection of prostate-tangerine technique, TmLRP-TY）治疗BPH的方法，现介绍如下：
