摘要
研究了在非极性、极性溶剂(包括质子型和非质子型)中环氧氯丙烷与三乙胺的反应,分析了溶剂类型和极性对反应速度和环氧值的影响,并考察了在不同反应温度和反应时间下溶剂的作用.结果表明:非质子型极性溶剂的效果最好,质子型极性溶剂对环氧基的破坏作用最大;在非极性溶剂中反应缓慢,提高温度可以降低溶剂作用的影响.
The reaction of epichlorohydrin with triethylamine in non-polar and polar solvents (including protonic and non-protonic solvents) was researched. The influence of solvent type and polarity on the reaction rate and epoxy value was analyzed, and the solvent behavior under different reaction temp. and time conditions were also investigated. The results demonstrated that the non-protonic polar solvents gave the best effect, the protonic polar ones brought the largest destruction of the epoxy groups, the reaction was slowed in non-polar solvents, and the increased temp. lowered the influence of the solvents.
